Introducing the EcoAI Device: Pain Relief Powered by AI

NXTSTIM EcoAI combines comprehensive pain relief and relaxation with pain therapy tailored to each patient. Transcutaneous electrical stimulation powered by Artificial Intelligence/Machine Learning (AIML) technology provides patients with a method for managing pain that is easy, simple, and enjoyable.

The device uses a closed-loop process that allows for carefully tailored therapy monitoring, reminding, review, and optimization.

In other words, artificial intelligence capabilities and the system’s design allow the device to essentially learn from itself – patient feedback and real-time data collection enable the technology to adapt to changing needs.

The collaboration comes at a key moment for both CoachCare and NXTSTIM as each company seeks to make comprehensive digital health solutions more accessible.

AI-Powered RPM Shows Impressive Results

Although the EcoAI system and AIML technology have only just reached the market, they have already demonstrated reliability and efficacy among a large real-world cohort of patients.

An 18-month study of 550 adult patients (ages 18 and older) with chronic pain—most commonly in the neck, back, shoulder, and knee—showed the immense potential this new technology holds.

After more than 18 months of using EcoAI, 92% of patients reported improvements in pain levels compared to baseline scores. No adverse events were reported throughout the study.
